Hyperbaric session
$7960 or 90 minutes in the chamber at mild pressure. Bring headphones — most people read, nap or listen to something.
Hyperbaric oxygen, infrared heat, cold water and compression — under one roof, off Exit 10, with a chair booked for you rather than a queue.
◦ First session $49, no membership neededBook any one on its own. Members stack them — most people pair the chamber with heat or cold on the same visit.

60 or 90 minutes in the chamber at mild pressure. Bring headphones — most people read, nap or listen to something.

Infrared cabin at 55°C and a plunge held at 4°C. Contrast rounds run about 45 minutes with a rest between each.

Sequential compression on legs or arms, 30 minutes. The easiest thing to add to the end of a chamber booking.
Full-panel red and near-infrared, 20 minutes. Usually booked alongside something else rather than on its own.
Chamber, then contrast, then compression, in the right order with the timing handled for you. Two hours end to end.
Standing weekly slots for local teams and gyms. We hold the whole studio rather than mixing you in with drop-ins.
The chamber runs at mild pressure above the air outside. That raises how much oxygen dissolves into your blood plasma while you're in it — which is the whole mechanism, and it's why sessions are measured in hours rather than minutes.
You stay awake, you can talk to the operator the whole time, and you can end a session whenever you want. Ears feel like a plane taking off for the first two minutes. That part passes.

A short health screen and a look at anything that would rule the chamber out. Done once, not every visit.
You get set up, we walk you through equalising your ears, and the operator stays in the room.
Pressure comes up slowly, holds, then comes down slowly. Read, sleep or listen to something.
Water, and compression or the sauna if you booked it. Most people go straight back to their day.
No joining fee and no minimum term. Pause for a month if you're travelling.
"I came in for my shoulder and stayed for the sleep. Booking is the part I appreciate most — the slot is actually mine."
"Staff explained the ear thing properly before the first session instead of after. That made the difference."
"Our whole masters team books the Tuesday block. Easiest recovery decision we've made all season."
Mild hyperbaric sessions aren't suitable for everyone. Please talk to us — and to your doctor — before booking if you have an untreated collapsed lung, current ear or sinus problems, a recent chest or ear surgery, a fever, or if you're pregnant. Certain chemotherapy medications also matter.
We run a short health screen on your first visit for exactly this reason. It's quicker to raise anything now than to find out at the door.
You'll get a confirmation straight away and a text the morning of. First visit takes fifteen minutes longer because of the health screen.
